For now the waitlist is simply a way for us to see interest in sold out items. It does not mean any specific item will be reordered and or that we will notify you if and when we receive more stock should we decide to reorder. We are unable to disclose the designers Heidi may wear on air and or in photography unless the piece is from our own collection. This applies to the clothing our models wear as well. You can always click on the Jackets tab to see the latest items we have available for purchase there.

Care instructions are included with each item ordered. Usually the information is sewed into the item. For example: Some of the jackets tag reads, "do not dry clean". For anything like this we recommend using a steamer. That is what we use here at HD headquarters for all of our items.

Generally items featured on HSN are not available through us. From time to time we may have pieces that may have been on HSN however, that would most likely be at a later time. If you do not see the item you are looking for on our website, then it is not available for purchase.

Our system immediately generates an confirmation email for every order placed. If you do not receive this, your order did not go through. Your order # will typically start with #110000 then 6 digits or more. * Have this ready whenever reaching out to us.

Our system immediately generates a shipping email for every order placed once we have processed the label and the order is ready for carrier pickup. Once this occurs no further changes can be made. You can use this email to track your order as it is making it's way to you. Please allow at least 7-10 business days after the order ships for the order to be received.

No, the current packing slip sent with an order does not contain pricing. It only lists customer information and items ordered and will be sent with every order placed.

Unfortuanately, our warehosue is not able to accomodate this request. Once you place an order, your order will be shipped out as usual. If you are going away/will not be available for the delivery etc. it is the customers responsibility to make other arrangements. We recommend either sending it to someone else (before completing the order) who will be available to receive the order or going on line and or to your local post office to place a hold on all your mail until you return. If you already placed the order, email customer service prior to 9am so we can change the address for you. Once the order is processed, we are not able to modify it. Thanks for your understanding.

Unfortunaley, once an order is placed, we are not able to help modify it at this time. We can however cancel the order. Just email us at customerservice@heididaus.com with the order # and we will cancel it first thing the following business day. You will receive a cancellation email for your records. *We must be notified prior to 9am EST when orders are processed daily.
*The only thing we can change prior to an order being shipped out is the address. We must receive notification prior to the order being processed. Once the order is processed and you receive a shipping email, no further adjustments can be made. We can can not assist making any changes for incorrect delivery information once an order is "in transit" to it's destination. This is especially important for Canada orders as it is not permitted by law.

You can let customer service know asap before your order is processed that you want to cancel your order (provide order # when emailing or calling) so you can go back in and redo another one with the appropriate code. Unfortunately, we are not able to modify orders once placed.

Unfortunately, from time to time this does happen and the warehouse upon trying to fullfill an order will realize there is no stock for a portion of the order and or the order completely. More than likely, we will refund the item/s in question and send the remainder of the order. You will receive a refund email for anything we were not able to fill.

Please be advised once your order is processed this section may not be seen by the warehouse staff who is trying their best to process orders as quickly as possible. They are also not customer service and can not assist with service issues. Anything important you wish to discuss about your order should be done prior to placing the order, especially if it involves final sales items as those are not eligible for return or exchange.
- EX: If you selected omega earrings or a small jacket, please do not make notes to send you clip or a large jacket. Do not list delivery instructions for carriers as we can not provide that to them in any way when we create a shipping label. Please do not list discount codes in notes. Those should be entered in the discount code section and you should see your balance adjusted before completeing the order. Othewise, that can be saved and applied on your next order when applicable. We are not able to adjust once an order is placed.

Heidi Daus offers a limited lifetime warranty for authentic items against the loss of stones due to manufacturer defects. This is free of charge.
- Package your jewelry securely (preferably in a box).
- Include your name, address, phone number, email address, and a brief note about the repair inside the package along with the item.
- *If earrings, send in both in case we need to alter something, we would like to do to both of them to make them uniform.

- Repairs typically take 6–8 weeks.
- Please limit your repairs to just a few times (3-5 at most) at a time to be courteous to other customers requiring service as well.
- Items sent without boxes will be returned in protective bubble wrap.
- The shipping envelope or box the warehouse selects is at their discretion, based on the size and weight of the contents being returned.
- If you want the return insured, include a prepaid, insured label.
- We currently ship repaired items to U.S. and Canada addresses only. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
- Counterfeit items sent for repair will be confiscated and reported.
- Repairs must be sent in clean and oder free in order to be respectful to our staff repairing the items by hand.

The warranty includes:
- Replacement of beads, crystals, and restringing of necklaces due to manufacturer defects.
- Does not cover damage caused by misuse, breakage of pins/bracelets, or lost items.
Warranties may be voided by improper maintenance, such as exposure to water, cosmetics, or cleaning agents. - All repairs are done by hand. We do not have welding or soldering equipment nor can we size jewelry here at this time. We try our best with all repairs that come in but do keep this in mind before sending something in.
- Our repair service is strictly reserved for repairs, we can not "alter" pieces.
- We do not clean items nor do we use any polishing products or procedures to restore a finish if an item has turned.
- Unfortunately, we can not replace batteries on watches.
- Stones can not be sent out or sold. In order to take advantage of the free repair service, items must be sent in.

Unfortunately, we are not able to alter ring sizes. We do not have any soldering or welding equipment here at this time. Also keep in mind this is high end costume jewelry but it is not like gold or silver so it may not withstand the extreme heats needed to perform sizing and your stones may be compromised while doing so.

We offer a Returns Center that can help generate a label at the customers' expense unless authorized by customer service. The cost will be deducted from the return upon receipt. Yes, our system does track returns. Excessive returns relative to the amount of orders placed etc. may flag a customers account and prevent future use of the Returns Center and or a customers' future order may be canceled without notice.

- Keep away from chemicals – Perfumes, lotions, and hairspray can affect the finish.
- Store properly – Use the original Heidi Daus box or a soft pouch to prevent scratches. Weather elements such as humidity, moisture and dust can cause deterioration and damage.
- Clean with a soft cloth – Avoid chemical cleaners; a microfiber or cotton cloth will do.
- Color enhanced Stones - Please be aware that color enhanced natural beads may exhibit a bleeding effect under certain circumstances. This effect is natural and influenced by various factors, including external activities and matierals. Dye bleeding from color-enhanced natural beads is a natural characteristic despite efforts to ensure product durability. It does not indicate any product defect or compromise in quality. Avoid using chemicals, perfumes, cleaning agents, water, creams, lotions, hairspray, etc. Also, keep in mind that our bodies may react differently to color enhanced natural beads based on individual acidity levels.

No, Heidi Daus jewelry should not be submerged in water or cleaned with chemical-based jewelry cleaners. Instead, use a soft dry cloth to gently wipe away dust and oils.

If your jewelry accidentally gets wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth and store it in a dry place. Prolonged exposure to moisture can weaken stone settings.
