Enjoy FREE Shipping on all US orders OVER $75.00 or more! A rate of $5.95 will be added to all orders less then $75.00.

*Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii follow the same rate schedule, however regular delivery will take an extra 3 days.

*We regret that Express cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

*Recipient's telephone number is required on all orders.

* Please note orders are processed once a day M-F at 9am EST. Any orders placed M-F after 9am will be processed the following business day. In addition, all weekend orders will be processed the following business day. This is especially important to note for any orders requesting UPS shipping. Also keep in mind we are closed for national holidays. All orders will will processed the following business day. If the office is closed for a weather emergency, orders will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping Promotions

Any promotional discount or allowance (i.e. Free Shipping) will be applied when the order is processed through our order department. Free Shipping offers do not include express shipping charges.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Information on our Sites and newsletters and any other communication sent, posted or other may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Sites is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Please note although we make every attempt to pack and ship every item possible in a beautiful black box and gold sleeve, depending on the size of the item, promotions and sales, and or supply situations, our warehouse may choose to ship items in additional forms such as pouches, etc. That decision is made strictly by the warehouse at the time of shipping and may vary from order to order.

Color discrepancies with items - * We do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to color as possible. However, due to inconsistencies of various monitors, lighting sources, digital photography, product color may slightly vary.

Please note only 1 discount code may be used per order.

*Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are FINAL SALE which means they are not eligible for return or exchange.

* To cancel an order - Contact us prior to 9am EST M-F and we can gladly assist. Once the system sends out the shipping email confirmation we are no longer able to stop the order from being sent out.
