Heidi’s Luminescent Crystals are crafted from glass/zinc crystals. Smaller pave stones are made of crystals, while the larger stones are glass. These custom-colored crystals are as brilliant, if not more so, than well-known crystal brands.

Heidi Daus jewelry is brass-based, with its signature antique finish created through high-quality plating. The exact color varies depending on the design, but all finishes are long-lasting with proper care.

All Heidi Daus jewelry is nickel-free, with a brass-tone finish and surgical steel posts. Our products meet Prop65 regulations.

How do I send something in for repair?
Heidi Daus offers a limited lifetime warranty for authentic items against the loss of stones due to manufacturer defects.

1. Package your jewelry securely (preferably in a box).
2. Include your name, address, phone number, email address, and a brief note about the repair.
3. Send the package to:

Important Notes:

• Repairs typically take 6–8 weeks.
• Items sent without boxes will be returned in protective bubble wrap.
• If you want the return insured, include a prepaid, insured label.
• We currently ship repaired items only to U.S. and Canada addresses.
• Counterfeit items sent for repair will be confiscated and reported.

What does my limited lifetime warranty cover?
The warranty includes:

• Replacement of beads, crystals, and restringing of necklaces due to manufacturer defects.
• Does not cover damage caused by misuse, breakage of pins/bracelets, or lost items.
  Warranties may be voided by improper maintenance, such as exposure to water, cosmetics, or cleaning agents.

How do I return an item?
You can return items within 30 days of the order date for a refund or exchange if they are in original condition with packaging.

Can I get a price adjustment?
We offer a 7-day price guarantee on full-price purchases unless otherwise noted. If an item goes on sale within seven days of purchase, we will adjust the price upon request. Sale-to-sale adjustments are not available. We do not offer price adjustments on sold out merchandise. 

• Avoid moisture – Remove jewelry before washing hands, swimming, or bathing.
• Keep away from chemicals – Perfumes, lotions, and hairspray can affect the finish.
• Store properly – Use the original Heidi Daus box or a soft pouch to prevent scratches.
• Clean with a soft cloth – Avoid chemical cleaners; a microfiber or cotton cloth will do.

No, Heidi Daus jewelry should not be submerged in water or cleaned with chemical-based jewelry cleaners. Instead, use a soft dry cloth to gently wipe away dust and oils.

If your jewelry accidentally gets wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth and store it in a dry place. Prolonged exposure to moisture can weaken stone settings.

Heidi Daus jewelry is designed for everyday, special occasions and statement wear, but if worn daily, extra care should be taken to avoid exposure to elements that may dull or damage the finish.
