- Lay the necklace flat and choose a center or off-center position for the brooch.
- Open the pin and position a suitable cord, chain link, or the space between beads behind the brooch. Close the pin securely so the necklace sits between the closed pin bar and the brooch back. Never pierce a cord or bead stringing, or force a bead or clasp through a small opening.
- Check that the brooch hangs upright and the necklace supports its weight before wearing. Where the pin placement or necklace size does not allow a secure fit, use a compatible brooch converter, sold separately.
Try a white strand for a snowy look, a dark cord to let the motif stand out, or complementary beads for a festive color story. Choose the pairing that fits comfortably; necklaces and converters are not included.
