I was embarrassed that I had given it to her. A stone fell out, the mother of pearl looked worn & nasty plus the chain had discolored and felt brittle. WELL BELOW HEIDIS STANDARDS. NO SATISFACTION FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
