Returns - FAQ

What items are returnable?

  • Your return must be received within 30 days of purchase to be considered for a refund.
  • All items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are FINAL SALE and can only be sent in for repair. Final sales items are not eligible for exchange or return. 
  • In original condition
  • In the original packaging

What items are non-refundable?

  • Free gifts or promotional items

Are there any charges for return?

  • There is no charge for a return
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges
  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields below and click start returns
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Packaging and Return Labels

  1. Securely repackage your merchandise
  2. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the outer package
  3. Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and packaging. Write down your tracking number for your records.
  4. Ship your package via USPS or your preferred carrier. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs.
  5. Drop off your returned order at any USPS location or carrier approved dropbox. Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by Heidi Daus Ltd.

* To cancel an order - Contact us prior to 9am EST M-F and we can gladly assist. Once the system sends out the shipping email confirmation we are no longer able to stop the order from being sent out.
