What items are returnable?

  • Your return must be received within 30 days of purchase to be considered for a refund.
  • All items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are FINAL SALE and can only be sent in for repair. Final sales items are not eligible for exchange or return.

Are there any charges for return?

  • There is no charge for a return
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges
  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields below and click start returns
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
